D-class RTW tickets still book into A on AA domestic (US) 2-class flights.
I don't know if there's an updated map; but here's what the
rules say:
Continents are defined as:
*Europe-Middle East (Including Algeria, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Morocco, Russia both east and west of the Urals, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan)
*Africa
(which together shall comprise TC2)
*Asia
*South West Pacific
(which together shall comprise TC3)
*North America (including Caribbean, Central America and Panama)
*South America
(which together shall comprise TC1)
Only "marginal" destination is IPC/Easter Island, which is considered S. America/TC1.
