Inevitably when traveling from AMS to MSP with an infant, DL/KLM moved me to row 29 whether I wanted it or not. Flying MSP to AMS, however, it was always a crapshoot, though I usually got the bulkhead with bassinet when I checked in. In my experience, Delta generally blocks the bulkheads on international flights and they aren't available for seating until the day of the flight.
