Your best bet is to use ITA to build the multi-city route and qualify the fares and then call AC Reservations to book it. They do not charge a call ctr fee. I called last year to do a similar route (albeit in rev) YYC-YEG-YVR-YYJ which nets out at 1503 status miles.

Just make sure the rep is looking at the correct fare class - they may default to Tango fares to get you a lower price but no status miles.
