If anyone was wondering what the current, most up to date eligibility requirements are for the UK Centurion Card, they have been confirmed to me this afternoon by a member of the UK Centurion team:

1. Must have held a UK AmEx charge card for a minimum of ten months.

2. Perfect payment history.

3. Minimum spend of £120,000 per annum/£10,000 per month.

4. Total household income of £250,000 per annum.

Unlike most of the Centurion team, the guy I spoke to was very helpful and forthcoming with the above information. He also stated that the requirements are not set in stone and are to a certain degree, flexible. He also confirmed that the total spend of £120,000 includes transactions made on business cards.
