Drive and use either short stay, business or valet parking. By the look of this thread so far, I have become either old fashioned or uncool!
I used to do that until I realised that it was cheaper, less hassle and more convenient to get someone else drive me. It also means I can enjoy the flight home without worrying about driving after a few drinks or when tired.
I scared myself once by picking up the car after a long haul flight and found myself driving towards Reading on the M4 rather than anticlockwise around the M25.
