May I hijack a thread full of knowledgeable people? I arrive from VIE into T3 on Friday night, stay at Sheraton Skyline, and then leave early from T5 up to MAN. The quoted cab prices are accurate. There are also free buses, but I can never remember the numbers, since I only overnight at LHR when wife and child are in tow, and getting a cab is just much easier.
Some bus numbers are quoted in the posts above, but I don't know which one(s) go to the skyline. A more knowledgeable FTer will chime in shorly, I'm sure. There is also the hotel hoppa bus, which you need to pay for, and which is rather slow by all accounts.
