On my Delta flight this morning, one of the pilots had to be every bit of 300 pounds. Sitting in 1C, he came out of the cockpit to use the restroom and could barely get through the door. On his return, I watched as he sat down and it appeared he was almost wedged into the seat, from what I could see. This, of course, begs the question as to whether there are height and weight limits for not only Delta pilots, but pilots, in general.
