I sometimes think the same. It's not just BA - I have been to university refectories where they serve better food than BA. I wonder if it's just about cost or maybe also the availability of fresh ingredients - or maybe the way it's prepared. Perhaps the Merpati food was prepared in very small batches - they can do that because even though it takes longer to prepare the food it does not matter much since the people employed to make the food are on such low wages.
