I've been asked by AS CSRs, as I've used my Complimentary First Class Upgrade Certificates for travel late this year, if I'm using 2010 or 2011 certificates.

In my case they're all 2010, but the implication is that you can't use the 2011 certificates unless you actually have them in hand. Or that they're only good for travel in 2011. Or something else. Just FYI.
