I'm 99% sure that you stay onboard. In 45 minutes, I doubt that they get you off then back on about 15 minutes later. Anyway that is the case in BEY, you stay on if you are going to/coming from KRT.

Technically, you have to enter the arrivals lounge before 12:00, but I entered at 1pm once without a problem. I think a 2pm arrival is cutting it too short.
