In the past 2 years, every DL coded AS operated flight I've taken (not that many) have not posted, while the rest of the DL flights did automatically. A simple phone call got them all to post retroactively (without sending in boarding passes, etc. Now I watch them a little more closely.
Checked my Mileage Plan activity this morning and saw that my 10/3 AS flight had posted (with the AS code, too) while my 10/4 DL flights (on the same itinerary) have not.
Seems to be the opposite problem you've had...
