Bug in the system. I was travelling NRT-YYZ and did OLCI.
No "CERT" on my BP, but the GA had a list of people to "collect" from and I was 1 red cert lighter.
My point was, when I did OLCI there was a "cert" on the BP. However when I reprinted at the airport, the "cert" had vanished. Normally it does not.
