Just stayed there and was wildly unimpressed. Main thoughts:
1) Wow is this place dated. When you walk in from valet its a dark hallway of 1990s films in tacky frames. I thought I was in a West Coast Video store from 1992.
2) As a Platinum, was told all renovated rooms were full, so my "upgrade" would be a non-renovated room on the 12th floor. Pushed back and asked nicely, but was told nothing was available. Room was pie shaped, so really tight near the door/closet area and decently spacious by the bed.
3) Water pressure was non-existant and there was only one shower head. I called to get it fixed and they immediately apologized and moved me to a renovated room on a higher floor. Okay, why wasn't I given that at check-in?
4) The only difference I could tell with the renovated room was the closet and marble in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was basically the same.
5) Wifi is super slow and I couldn't access it while sitting on the bed. This was annoying and I had to use the ethernet to be able to remote into my work computer

Overall, I felt this place was tacky and not up to Westin brand standards. I'm sure it was great in 1992, but not much has changed since.

To add insult to injury, the property is not participating in the Double/Triple promo, which is annoying because it would have brought me over 10 nights.
