That's unbelievable (well, not from SAA, actually). Any professional IT team would surely be able to configure / test etc a new system / site on an off-line development server and then copy the whole lot across in a few hours during the night. But not SAA, the airline is disconnected from the world for TWO DAYS! Wow!
