As a restatement of what I said earlier, I was looking for Economy seating for planahead, and the entire Economy cabin is empty; we're talking about 7 seats occupied out of 114 in coach, travel for Tue. b/f Thanksgiving. I know market/supply and demand, but American simply decided it wasn't going to release any seats for Planahead travel, and in effect, created a black out date that is unpublished.

I do know the advantages of EXP of PLT, but I really thought that a 90% unsold flight should have some options for planahead for EXP members (first time I've done this, as I ususally use my miles for upgrades)
