Dividend Miles Wireless

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This (along with the wine clubs) was one of the real problematic ones last year. The wine clubs are at least responsive. DM Wireless? Hit and miss, generally not so much hit but mostly miss.

So what to do? Give it the full 8 to 10 weeks from date of shipping that it lists in their Miles FAQ (which admittedly only talks about new phones but the same 8-10 weeks applies to the accessories). During that 8 to 10 weeks you can follow up and attempt to get reasonable responses from this vendor but they'll likely just pawn you off on US Airways customer service.

After the 8 to 10 weeks, start bugging DM Wireless more. When that fails as it most certainly will, I'm personally going to wait until after the promotion is over - and probably wait until early December - and contact US Airways at that point. Their promotions dept was very helpful with various issues last year as they were aware of problems. Just be polite and concise, stick to the facts. If you've scored a lot of hits you'll likely succeed in getting credit. Remember that you have until February for hits to actually post so I wouldn't fret too much.

And like many people do, go for one or two over your target # of hits as a failsafe. A few bucks more (or even $50 or so) to guarantee another 10K or 20K miles is worth the cost.
DM Wireless is full of it...it clearly states "Accessory Store
5 Miles for Every $1 Spent" on their site.

That being said, I will still probably end up with 38 hits at the end of the day if I get enough miles from the priority club challenge among others.
