Check-in was very fast. All personal had to be hand-written. I always thought all SPG hotels would have access to my SPG profile. No explications about the hotel given
We got some kind of "suite" on the first floor. It was a rather small suite in my opinion. Unfortunately, they don't have larger suites because "very large rooms are not the style of the hotel"
Room is in the corner, main road in front. Very noisy from the street/the cars. Also very noisy because of the music in the bar near the front desk.
No-frills hotel. Got some fruits in the room and two bottles of water. That's it. No lounge, no drinks at the bar (because of the missing lounge) and no free breakfast
. Not even 500 Plat welcome points offered. Shame!
House is nice, Renaissance style, but not impressive.
To summarize: Not worth to go to Naples if it is mainly because of this hotel.
Update: On second day nothing more given. No water, no fruits, no nothing. I regret that I came here. It's a waste of money and time!
