Still, got my first hit.

As I went to then do the same multi-fire rentals other has, the station manager must have heard what I was doing and stopped it, saying that it was against Hertz TOS, and that she had someone else do this fairly regularly (rent for miles) but he got flagged by fraud. She voided my second rental before it was fully charged, but let me keep my completed, no-drive/1 mile rental with it crediting to US, and said that I could come back tomorrow to rent again, and she would check the TOS to confirm.

I'm not upset at this turn of events (I don't want to loose Grand Slam hits, or my Hertz account due to fraud), but as this is my first rental with hertz (I have free Gold due to tripit pro), I'm concerned that this will get flagged regardless, and I could loose my gold account and the Grand Slam hits.

Do I have anything to worry about, or am I loosing my mind over nothing? The agent said I was in the clear, and I could simply come back tomorrow to rent so .... I dunno. I guess I still managed to get a hit out of though :-)
It sounds like she thought it might be against the T&Cs, but I know I haven't seen this and none of us have had this issue, so I would've said "show me where it says this in the T&Cs and I'll be happy to come back tomorrow...otherwise, I have a confirmation for a car rental now and I recommend you honor that agreement, unless you'd like to violate that reservation and I'd be happy to give a call to Hertz headquarters in New Jersey to get this resolved."

Sometimes people just need a little push to realize that they're wrong and just made some rule up.
