That's ridiculous...they should absolutely credit this stay from the T&Cs I've seen so far. I'd threaten to contact the BBB and Attorney General in NV and see if that sways their decision. I've got one of these lined up and plan on doing the same if it comes down to it.
When I called yesterday the Wyndham rewards person called the hotel and I was told no problem the points will be adjusted to my account and to look for them in the next 24 to 48 hours. I still do not show the charge being posted to my credit card as of yet.
I still have two more no show stays with them.
