The agent from Wyndham Rewards called them while I was on hold and they flat out said no because it was a rate error and therefore they wont award the points.
That's ridiculous...they should absolutely credit this stay from the T&Cs I've seen so far. I'd threaten to contact the BBB and Attorney General in NV and see if that sways their decision. I've got one of these lined up and plan on doing the same if it comes down to it.
