The ernest Jones order has not appeared (the one I needed on there most, would earn me 2300 air miles). Any chance that can still appear? Ordered it on the 1st October.

Also, my statment has a negative amount, no idea why. It's only 8 air miles but still strange. Earned 8 from an ebay purchase, then I lose 8 from another ebay purchased (says -8) that purchase amount is £0.00. Didn't get a refund or anything. Stange.
