Both cost about 120-130€ inkl VAT. You can get a VAT refund of 12-19% if you are resident outside the EU.

Both are equivalent to the Mifi sold by Sprint and Verizon in the US, but you can buy them without contract in Germany and insert your own SIM card. ^
Obviously not possible with Sprint and Verizon equipment
