Does the menu change and is there a bunch out there in a vat with sterno?
No, they are only available on request. They are kept frozen in the back and heated for you on demand only.

When we were there, there was a sign with the 4 selections, but only the Shrimp Fried Rice meal was available. Not sure if/how often the selections change.
Oh... So its not quite like the soup where you can have several cups at your lesiure

Hope they don't cut us off from the food like beverages (DL thread on that)
