Well said Ken, my feelings exactly.
If you change the way you live your life the b*s*a*ds have won.
In Britain and especially London we went on about our lives throughout the worst of the IRA bombing campaigns. Yes you took more care about packages and boxes left un-attended, yes you were searched going into all sorts of places from restaurants to shops to train stations. But you put up with it, and got on with your life.
The terrorist looks for soft targets, now airline security is increased they will look for another easy hit, a car or truck bomb is simple and brutally effective. Perhaps you stop flying, but do you stop going to the Mall.
I know it sounds daft to anyone who has not experienced a prolonged terror campaign, but you do eventually get used to it, and life go's on.
