Hello All,

I am very upset with Virgin American Elevate. I was a charter member when they formed in 08' and I flew on the airline 6 times in the 1st 6/mo of that yr. Then I was inured and did not fly at all for a period of time. I just recently have gotten back into traveling, and went on to check my point balance with hopes to start using elevate again, and found out all my pts expired. I never got any notice of this, and I am very upset.

Is there any way to get your pts back?


It would make sense for them to give me credit for the thousands I spent with them, and get my long term loyalty and business, as opposed to angering me so I never fly with them again.
