It was the second episode. They're all on YouTube - each in five parts. I enjoyed watching his interviews in this show - very well spoken. Sad but I'm sure he left his family proud.
(It's a very well done series for anyone interested in airline incidents and the chains leading to them.)

That is an amazing show, their reenactments are almost scary.
This was one of the flights they talk about in training. Most don't have successful outcomes, so this was an example of what skill and experience can bring to the table.
