I don't use it often but when I use it it comes in really handy. From using the QP shower on arrival after a red eye to waiting for family to arrive when flight is delayed for 2 hours.
I almost ever have lounge access with the airlines I fly anyway so the anytime access was a benefit I always used in conjuction with some QF business (or to get some cookies from the AKL lounge when NZ ran out).
