The Del Frisco's wine cellar (which I assume is what you're talking about) is one of the most horrible places for a big gathering that I've ever been. We had a firm event there one time and the room was so insanely loud that I literally couldn't understand the person sitting right next to me. It might work okay for a group of 16, though (I was with a group that was more like 100).
