I'd check for private rooms in some of the clubby places in the meatpacking - it'll be expensive but will gain you entry into the club/lounge after dinner. A suite in some of the hotels (where you can throw a party) is also a good idea and also will gte you into the bar/lounge area. Staying at Soho House (for some of the party) might also be an option - ensures entry into the club.
