It was the second episode. They're all on YouTube - each in five parts. I enjoyed watching his interviews in this show - very well spoken. Sad but I'm sure he left his family proud.
(It's a very well done series for anyone interested in airline incidents and the chains leading to them.)

Wow thanks for posting the video links....I was only 13 when this happened. I remember it but never knew the extent of how bad it was with #3&4 engines out, they almost did not back it back to HNL, very scary
