A few weeks ago, I rented six cars at once from the Alamo office at DC's Union Station. Each one was ~ $18 ($15 per day weekend promo + taxes).

I actually drove one of them, a friend took another, and the other 4 were returned w/o ever driving them (the woman at the counter kindly entered each as 1 mile driven, to ensure I was charged for them).
