When I flew to MCO a few weeks ago, talked to the FA's and they were pretty regular on the route. They said they are fully catered in MCO. Sounds like it was a catering issue.

Also noted that on the SEA-OGG flight last night, the FA did make an announcement that some items would not be available the second time around as the plane was catered for the morning return trip. If I am not mistaken First is recatered though.
Unless its a ROI flight, everything is RT catered for Hawaii currently AFAIK...

But with AS' current push to differentiate themselves in this market, perhaps this should change?
