For shopping before the cruise, the Galleria mall (Neiman Marcus, Saks, Macys et al) is a short cab ride away. If you want to pick up booze, have Total Wine (near the entrance to Port Everglades itself) deliver your order to your hotel (or pick it up on the way to the dock).
