I am booked on a flight that day, that has been paid with miles from a non Elite account. So I have Ivory on the PNR. Not a big deal on an ordinary day. But in case of irregular ops, I can say goodbye to Elite priority rebooking on next available flight.

So I called Le Club that opportunely transfered me to FB toll number
Now guess what : they want 45 EUR to remove partner's FB# on my PNR and add my FB# instead. They argued that is a modification of the award.

What a rip-off! I have no word to qualify that.

I asked :
- Is there a modification of pax? No
- Is there a modification of flight #? No
- Is there a modification of date? No
- Is there a modification of routing (we are talking here about a 55 minutes direct fllight)? No
- So, where is the ?*#! modification?

No way I could talk to a supervisor.

I am furious at them.
