My contention is that this was all within AC's control, since they had a practice of bussing to Fredericton when there was fog (used the following morning to get international travellers on their way) and they had used a plane that could lift-off in fog for the Toronto-bound folks. It was we Ottawa-bound that they left in the trenches.
However, your point about credit card coverage is an interesting one that I'll have to check on. Thanks!
