I always suggest everyone that I know who had a bad trip file a complaint. Once I actually point the tiny section off the EnRoute magazine on the flight to a PAX that was very piss off and the FA just say "I would file a complaint and see what you get" to the guy. When the guy ask how do I flie a complaint and the FA said "not sure, call Air Canada". That is when I just take out the EnRoute magazine and said "Sir, here you go, it is in here. small print, blah blah blah"

One thing that I learn from my mentor at work many many years ago when I was only 18 is that "you got nothing to lose for trying" The worst you will get is big fat "NO". Unlike in the past, you will need to mail in your complaint to a physical address where your lost is the stamp, unless you count your typing time is a lost, it is really nothing to loose to complaint.
