Today it was total chaos at the lounge in Munich.

First of all they had some IT-problems with all the EB-card, so they had to punch in everything manually and then the second problem occurred.

How to put in Pandion. There was a big discussion and debate about that and the manager came out to sort that. All well and they pointed me to the HON-lounge until they realized that I had a college/guest with me (which I had told them from the beginning), then they pointed me to the business lounge. Fine, but then the hassle started all over again and I had to show the EBP again to make sure that they punched in the guest. It was kind of funny to see three staff members chatting along in German to decide how to sort this and get us into the lounge.
Finally, everything sorted we went into the business lounge.
