The Parc 55 hotel in San Francisco, which used to be a Marriott, is now a Wyndham property.

I tried to look up the points rate for a reward stay, but it would not come up when searching the website, only for paid stays.

Is this beacuse:

1. The hotel does not allow reward stays?
2. It's too soon for it to get on the program?
3. If I don't have enough points, it won't come up?

Just wondering - I'm not all that familiar with their rewards program.
