AFAIK there are no early check in options that are officially announced in India, by Jet. Having said that, since the flight will be ex-DEL, and considering there are likely to be many other flights ex-DEL at that time, at least a handful of the counters should be open.
To make it easier, why don't you check in online (be sure to carry a print out of the BP), clear security, and then get a helpful 9W agent to get you a lounge card (as you are eligible for one, travelling Premiere)? That way you take the check in counters out of the equation - unless, of course, you have bags to check in...
