This has probably been asked already, but for the life of me, I can find the answer anywhere.

How do I cancel my Executive Club membership... I started it about 20 years ago, and haven't used it since. I know my membership number and pin to log in, but I can not find a cancel feature anywhere on the website. I also can't find any reference to it in any FAQ sections, nor by doing an internet search. Any help in how to simply cancel my account would be appreciated.
