Last week I flew on a "thru" flight from "ORD to YVR" which in reality was ORD to PHX (90min layover) and then PHX to YVR which would total 2670mi (and US lost my bags in ORD for 62 hours, but that is another story). US credited me with 1765mi which would be ORD to YVR direct when this was obviously anything but direct. Am I just being naive to think this is wrong? Thanks for any info
