Hopefully the screens currently used in Y on the 777s are either no longer being manufactured or are so rare that it would just be cheaper to purchase newer generation screens.

Those blocky 4:3 screens were as good as my laptop screen back in the mid 1990s: dark, dim and very strenous on the eyes, and most of the time they just don't work. I get bigger and better programming from my >$300 netbook says a lot.
