Add one more to the "get over it" contingent. What happened to you was ridiculous and unfair, but you've taken this as far as you reasonably can; keep going and you're just going to look like a obsessed crazy person. And you're not going to get the result you want anyway.

And I realize that the finger poke technically was "battery," but honestly, calling it that just sounds sniveling and whiny. Time to get on with your life. Not every petty injustice needs to avenged.
