How much do you want to pay this attorney? Because there isn't an attorney I know (and I know a lot of 'em -- it's what I do ) who would take this case on a contingency basis. And why won't they take this case on a contingency basis? Because you don't have any real damages (for them to take a third of). So, you are going to have to pay them by the hour. Please be prepared to spend thousands of dollars in legal fees.

I don't foresee any chance whatsoever that the police or a prosecutor are going to do anything in response to any attempt to press charges in this case. Simply not gonna happen.
