I've received a "preliminary response" from UA management on the incident I reported here earlier.

They've refused to talk to the witnesses in C-class, and made proffered two different "scenarios" given to them by the pilot in question.


I believe the incident is serious enough to engage an attorney now, and would appreciate any suggestions for one, preferably in the Chicago area, who has experience in this kind of tort.
