AA should be able to inter-line your bags to BA for the TLV flights so only take what you need as carry-on. The left luggage facility is not cheap - if my memory serves me correctly it is around £6 per item per day.

Rather than take the VERY expensive Heathrow Express to Central London buy a day Travelcard that is valid for all Underground and bus services. Details:-

Day Travelcards (Peak)

Can be used from 0001 Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) on the day of validity and for any journey that starts before 0430 the following day. £10.70

Day Travelcards (Off-Peak)

Can be used from 0930 Mondays to Fridays, (from 0001 Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) on the day of validity and for any journey that starts before 0430 on the following day. £5.10
If you do have to leave LHR before 9:30 you would be cheaper buying a single from LHR to Central London for £3.70 and then buying your Travelcard before your next Tube journey.
