For ever night i've stayed in Hyatt this year either they did not credit the bonus points (including welcome points) or missing GX bonus and low balled the base points. Cause i stay at hotels quite a lot so usually i wait till i have been credited 3-4 stays then send an e-mail to GP for all 3/4 stays with:
1) Hotel name and stay date
2) Copy of Receipt/Folio attached to e-mail
3) The amount of points credited and the amount that should be credited based on dollars spent/less tax and fees
4) Missing bonus points like GX, Welcome, Closed lounge etc.
Ususally they take 1-2 days to get it fixed up but at least they will credit it right. But i wish they were like marriott in this department in getting the points credited (120 nights this year and none mistake) but i generally prefer staying in Hyatts so its give and take i guess.
