Howdy,

I believe you can get access to any and all OneWorld partner lounges (but not flagship lounges).

You can get into 'business' but not 'first' class lounges. FewMiles web site is a great resource for this.

I know the FL and arrivials lounge have showers - but I don't know if you can use the arrivials lounge.
