You two are in a small minority based on the stats that have been published thus far.

The numbers are not good in terms of adoption, particularly not at full price. There are plenty of possible reasons - from cramped seats to price to power - for the why but that doesn't matter a whole lot when the overall answer is that, across the board, there really hasn't been significant adoption.
