I've noticed the little booth with 2 CBSA people, and you are right that it isn't particularly busy. That said, I don't always have much faith in the intelligence of your colleagues given my experience before having my iris scan when one said "why would they give you get a NEXUS card without having the iris pictures taken." Hence my desire to avoid them.
